Continuous traffic of other servers and guests trying to pass by our table, cheeseburger was dry, tastless,and missing all condiments. Not relaxing, loud music and constantly looking for our server. Disappointed.

Had lunch with my daughters today. Our server, Drake was awesome and very fun and friendly with the kiddos. Order came out just right and left happy! And yes, I work there once or twice a week too...but considering I chose to eat there on my only day off this week says a lot!! Great food and fun people!

We went on Saturday. The food was good. The service was sketchy. Our waiter forgot us several times and ordered us the wrong appetizer. We will try them again. :)

the wait was a bit frustrating, but was worth it. I could easily distinguish the flavor combinations in each part of the meal. the fiod arrived quickly and rhe presentation was spot-on. wait staff was awesome. only suggestion is that they utilize reservations for large parties. there were two tables of more than 20 ppl each ahead of us and it killed their seating.

My experience here was great! I got the BBQ ribs and they were fall off the bone delicious. Our waiter checked on us often and the place was really clean. The building is beautiful! The decor was so so nice. We went during lunch rush and only had to wait 10 minutes for a party of 4. Best thing about my experience here was the bill, I got chicken and ribs $15.00. We will defiantly go back.

My husband and I decided to try Cheddars last month, and I have to say that I was more than pleased with our experience. We were expecting a long wait because of how full the parking lot was, but we were able to be seated in a booth in the bar area right away. The food was great - we ordered the steak and ribs. The steak was probably the best I've had in a long time. Very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be dining there again.

First time here. Sat at the bar for dinner. Awesome service! Two guys tending bar were on top of everything and even as dinner got busy never slacked in service. Well done! Ordered fried chicken with beans and mashed, and while chicken was awesome, both sides were cold as was the gravy. Once informed, manager was on it, and had replacements in minutes, but would prefer it right the first time. Will definitely be back. Having sam Adams cold snap on tap sure earns a bit better rating!

Great food, great service, attractive decor. Our waitress (Jordan) was excellent. I chose the catfish with Mac and cheese, with corn, and I couldn't ask for a better meal. They have a pretty good kids menu so everyone will have something to their liking. I would certainly go back for another good meal.

Love this place!!!! The food is top notch and the prices were great!!!! The service fantastic! Some of the reviews are a little too harsh and judgmental. The restaurant has only been open 2 months. When a place first opens you can expect for it to be crowed, service to be slow, servers to mess up and be confused and food to come out wrong.

We stopped in on the way out of town for lunch and we're able to split the Buffalo wrap and onion rings with plenty of onion rings left over. We sat at the bar and Misty and the other girl working with her behind the bar on mother's day lunch (totally forgot her name) were really helpful and nice. I wish we had one of these down in Destin, FL!

We stopped in for a quick food stop on the way home from a road trip, the food isn't amazing, but the service was amazing. Justin was our server and he was awesome, I work in service industry in Chicago so I can tell when a server knows what they are doing and Justin is fantastic. Drinks refills were given before our drinks were empty, he read back our orders to make sure they were right, and always checked to make sure we were okay. I really hope he saw the additional tip on the table. If you go to this location I suggest requesting him!

I'm not sure how Cheddar's gets away with slow service where the servers are inattentive and constantly apologize about things. Just try your best to do things right the first time... From the moment we sat down to our meal on a Monday evening (party of 4), service moved at a snail's pace. This is the only restaurant where I've seen multiple servers running around, no one server waits on the tables surrounding yours, and yet it really seems like there's only one server waiting on the entire room of customers because YOUR server disappears between the time they take your order and bring your check. The food itself is nothing spectacular, but anything fried is hard to complain about. That must be why people keep coming back. Their fried food is hard to not like. It just would be nice to have an enjoyable experience for the money you're spending.

Buffalo chicken wraps are served with fries. A little spicy hot, but very good. The outside seating is open. Set on the north side on a cool summer night and have a cold one.

Cheddar has improved on the food. We have been several times and ordered the ribey, each time it was great! cooked perfect to order and the size of the steak was bigger than I thought it would be. I have also ordered the Monte Cristo and it was a real one, I haven't found a restaurant that makes them correctly like this since the 90s. 2 thumbs up

Went here on a Monday night with a few friends. Despite the parking lot being full, we were seating within a few minutes. The decor and atmosphere are very relaxing. The rock the stone and mood lighting like nobody else. The service and food were carried out without a hitch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Key West Chicken and Shrimp with broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was what I like to call "stupid good." Man, was it good! This was my second time here within a few weeks. Roomy, great food, awesome ambience. Overall, a really cool place!

In light of the other reviews, I do find it necessary to note that at the time I am writing this, this Cheddar's location has been open for literally 2 weeks. There is a mish-mash of new, local workers and the more seasoned corporate team. It will be a totally different place in 2 months' time. Terre Haute continues to be chain food hell, but it's nice to occasionally get a new option, at least. We had no issues with our visit. We have been to other locations and the experience was essentially the same (although our servers were over-the-top fantastic in Clearwater). There was about a 10 minute wait to get a table, which was accurately quoted to us. Our orders were taken quickly. I ordered chicken tortilla soup and a pasta dish and my boyfriend had a burger. The soup came quickly and while I love chicken tortilla soup, this rendition is not my favorite - too chunky, with very little chicken. I've had the pasta before at other locations and it was consistent. The burger and fries were fine as well. Portions are huge, as usual, and everything was timely. The only downsides we experienced were all owed to the newness of the place. SUPER crowded, both with patrons and workers, which made it very loud inside and also difficult to navigate. The walkways seem very narrow what with all the traffic. But I do expect in 2 months' time this location will be consistent with the rest, and we will surely be back when the crowd dies down.

My chicken pot pie tasted fake... The chicken was so tender that it didn't taste like chicken anymore. We waited for half an hour until someone took our drinks order. My friend got the sides she didn't even order. I tried her grilled catfish and it was just burned and disgusting. The waitress looked confused most of the time and had to come back and reconfirm what we ordered three times. The salad and croissant I got were delicious though. And that's about the only good thing I had.

Great front-of-house staff. Kitchen still has some kinks to work out as new restaurant. Took 20 min for soup, and it only beat main course by 1 minute. Overcooked burger. But again, new place and busy... so some glitches expected. Clean restaurant; nice atmosphere for casual dining.

Arrived mid afternoon on a Monday Aug 3rd. Seated in bar. Waitress forgot our drink order - had to remind her. Too busy talking. She was yelling drink and salad orders to other waitresses that apparently were helping her. Dishes were being stacked at the end of the bar. Had to remind her to bring ketchup. Food was slow coming out of kitchen - restaurant was not busy. Food was okay. Work staff decided to have a gab session between us and the bar. Waitress plopped down two to go containers. Will not be going back. Texas Margherita was not what I expected - weird flavor!
